I’m Frederick Sadler, Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and Professional Fitness Coach with over a decade of experience helping active adults and athletes train smarter, overcome pain, and build lasting strength.

My approach combines strength & conditioning, movement optimization, and recovery strategies so you can stay strong for sport, work, and life — without endless rehab or hours in the gym.

How long is the call?
About 30 minutes—tight, focused, and practical.
