I’m Frederick Sadler, founder of Black Lion Performance Coaching. With over a decade of experience coaching athletes and active individuals — from competitive sports to everyday performance — I’ve helped people like you build strength, recover faster, stay durable, and perform at their best for the long haul.

But I’m not just another trainer.
I’m a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with deep expertise in movement, recovery, and injury prevention. I don’t just help you train hard — I help you train smart, so you can keep showing up strong in the gym, at work, and in life without setbacks.

Every program I build is rooted in purpose, precision, and care. Because this isn’t just about performance — it’s about your health, your lifestyle, and your future.
